    I paid for a 5 stars hotel and on the day of my departure, while the breakfast buffet was displayed, I asked for a plate to eat something quickly, and the lady refused to give it to me because it was not 8am yet. I was left to go hungry to the airport while I paid for a room that included breakfast. She was rude and didn't want to give anything to a client who has paid for the breakfast. Truly atrocious.
