    Hotel is good and clean. Would recommend for all and specially for Indians as you get best indian "Vadakkam" Restaurant just opposite to this Hotel.

    I am not fond of leaving feedback, good or bad. But when I do, the property and the service provided plus the whole experience has outstandingly exceeded my expectations ! First, I booked while I was on an evening sleeper bus ride from HaGiang to Halong and requested if they can help me sign up morning HaLong Bay Cruise at 8:00am. When they did, I was surprised to literally had everything setup for my early checking as early as 6:00am. As I only had one day to spare in HaLong, they also helped me arrange an early Limousine ride to HaNoi the next morning. I paid the actual cost to both requests direct to the providers, I am amazed. The family owner of the hotel can communicate in English which made my experience even more homey. To top it off, they upgraded my room to standard to family room (with two queen beds noting that I am traveling solo) without additional cost. What good deeds have I done to receive such queenly treatment ❤️🙏 Thank you so much.
