    We booked 4 rooms for important family function held near to this hotel. Otherwise we would not booked this type of cheap hotel. Agoda confirmed our booking. Immediately after booking the receptionist confirmed the booking. Based on confirmation from Agoda & receptionist, Our 8 guests with elders & 6 months old kids reached the hotel on the eve of function day. Shockingly receptionist on the day informed us as no rooms booked. He was very adamant and informed no rooms vacant. Inspite of our releated request, he used very bad words, showed very worst behaviour. We got very bad name in front of our relatives. Agoda must remove this type of cheap hotels. We need compensation for our mental agony and insult. Please show justice
