The hotel is having very nice view and staff is very supportive. Food is exceptional and they have tried their best to preserve royal era.

Everything is perfect just a long of walk inside as its a fort with lots of stairs
    8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Very disappointing experience. The property is highly overhyped, and the service is extremely slow. The staff, especially at the entrance, was quite rude and unwelcoming. Another major issue was the inconsistent liquor policy. We were told that liquor was not allowed, while guests from other rooms were openly carrying liquor inside. This felt unfair and poorly managed. The high-tea experience was also disappointing. The menu was very basic and definitely not worth the money. Overall, the property did not live up to the expectations or the hype. The management seriously needs to improve the service, staff behaviour, and consistency in their policies.

Won't be visiting or recommending this hotel to friends and family. Reception staff - not warm and welcoming Support staff (valet and housekeeping) - greedy for tips Restaurant staff - very cold, no smiling faces, only grumpy faces with sheer disinterest High tea - please stop calling it that. It was the worst high tea arrangement I have ever seen in a hotel of this cadre You really do not deserve a 5 star tag if you have one. Overall 1 star out of 5
