    Location is not ideal if you have bags, parking impossible. Staff person at check-in said a lot but then didn't really follow through with promised suggestions. Unclear whether I double paid daily tax as I believed it was paid through Agoda. Room quite small and mattress was very uncomfortable, needs replacing.

    Great new hotel in the heart of the old town! The rooms are beautifully renovated, with excellent attention to detail, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of choices. The highlight, however, was the excellent and professional staff, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.
