    No Wi-Fi, no basic toiletries, and zero resolutions despite informing the front desk. Worse yet, the reception simply stopped picking up room calls. Absolute lack of basic hospitality.

    The overall stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the ambience was great, and the service was good. We really enjoyed our stay. However, the food needs improvement in terms of taste and quality. Apart from the food, everything else was excellent, and we had a pleasant experience overall.

    Pros The resort is in a superb location and view of Banasura Lake is awesome. Improvement Breakfast Buffet needs a lot to improve.In house lunch and dinner not available..need to let the staff know in advance so that they can order from restaurants nearby
