    Agoda charged me 15k for 1 night with food and activities all included. On reaching there, the staff said I haven't paid yet and I was due 7k, when I asked for the charges, he said it was 7k all inclusive. Then I showed the payment receipt, he allowed us. So the question is why is agoda charging us 15k when the actual property charges are 7k. Is agoda charging us more than the room rent as booking charges? It is atrocious. Also, the place is not family friendly, very unclean, staff is unclean, food is average, etc. Not worth 15k for one day for the property. Activities were good.

    I visited this place with my family and friends, and I must say, if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing spot, this is the perfect choice. On top of that, the staff's behavior and level of cooperation exceeded all expectations. As an avid traveler, I can confidently say, "You’ve found the best of the best." Every request, no matter how big or small, was handled with care and always accompanied by a warm smile. I absolutely loved the experience.
