We stayed for a night in the place, the lift was not working and i was with 2 senior citizens with severe arthritis. We got the room on 2nd floor. The first floor rooms are disgustingly unkempt . Even the second floor room one with the view is nice, the opposite side rooms are made without proper ventilation, severe fungus smell , dark and dingy. The best they could have done is alteast coloured them in white to make it bright.
Only good thing was the bathroom was super spacious and clean too. When we went we had to take bath with proper muddy water as the area had severe rainfall. Atleast they must have a filtration system. How can people brush the teeth or have bath in brown water. The place seriously needs a refurbishment alteast a propery painting and filtration in place would make it liveable. The reception guys are nice but the restaurant guys are extremely rude, they would bring half made cooked rotis and when told to get it cooked, they would say yaha pe aise he milta hain. Better to stay in new resort opposite lane to this place.

It was a nightmare from checking in to no elevator to rude staff to not respecting agreed terms and considering that we had 2 very senior citizens.
Clueless staff n an over manipulative manager who seems to be right out out of a bazaar. Breakfast at 8:00 am onwards(delayed by 30 minutes) was only puffed rice(poha) with low quality tea. No choices.
Under equipped rooms n super duper basic n totally worn down. If I wud hv know thru better review n honest review I would wud hv never booked. Beware of bogus reviews please. 🙏🏽what I recco is that discount the star or rating in any platform n downgrade by one point minimum. Avoid please. 🙏🏽

The staff is really juce and helpful especially Mr Aryan and all the other staff was really good its really close to the temple, the hotel could have better amenities in the rooms and better cleanliness overall a good stay.

Pathetic room offered by hotel. Agoda played helpless to support. It was 12.30 at night and I had no choice other than to stay there.
