Hotel is relatively new. Actually it is quite near, about 2.2km from Masjid an-Nabawi, except that there is a lot of construction work going around the mosque. But they have shuttle service to the mosque, which is great

We had a lovely, spacious room with a view of the Haram. The place is clean, but we did not get room service until requested (I don't know if this is how they usually work). The facilities are comfortable and the free bus to and from the Haram is a huge plus. It's a long walk to the Haram so if you don't take the bus at its times, be prepared to pay for transport.

Hotel is good to stay, but small problems in washroom fittings. Staff is COOPERATIVE, reception 24hrs working, inside room tea cattle, tea bag, sleepers, toothpaste brush, soap, shampoo, towels, little difficulties because of road construction while commute from hotel to Haram.
But overall recommended this hotel specially Manager Mr Mohamed, Ms Kholoud, Ms Sara are good front desk staff. Also there is hotel pickup and drop bus service to Haram. Attached bus schedule.
May Allah accept our Umrah and forgive our Mistakes while doing Umrah.

الفندق ما شاء الله . نظيف و جديد. المكان بعيد بعض الشيء عن الحرم و فيه اشغال برا . كان فيه مشكل مع الماء الساخن .لكنهم متجاوبين سريعا.
جيد جدا لاصحاب الميزانية الصغيرة
