For the facilities and service the price is not worth it

I’m satisfied with my choice of staying at Nam. Pls be noted it’s a bit inconvenient if you need a parking space for your car (outdoor, parking on the street which should be eligible for odd-even parking regulations- you should run downstairs end of the day to move your car to the other side of the street accordingly), no breakfast Overall, Good accommodation

We were overcharged, (double!) because we used both bathrooms in our double room. We were NOT told this and obviously wouldn't have used them had we known... The receptionist was unhelpful and quite rude. The room was NOT clean, it was full of ANTS and the fridge didn't work. The Spa is no longer available and the rooftop bar simply doesn't exist. I would strongly recommend anyone to find an alternative place to stay and not be fooled by the misleading summary they advertise. This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in anywhere. Book elsewhere to avoid the disappointment we suffered. The only saving grace is it was only one night!

Don’t let the pictures fool you. Unfinished pool area, and unfinished kitchen areas
