    Hot A/C on the day, no staff service have to wait 30-40 min, dirty glass, found hair on the bed & toilet, no instruction in the room and the owner was not in Phuket but let his son to solve the problem but 30-40 min later to apprea

    The staff here are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They generously offered to let me park my motorbike free of charge for 23 days while I travel back to Bangkok and return later to continue my trip . Something I truly appreciate. I also witnessed them helping an elderly European guest by taking him out for a meal and assisting him with a medical check-up. It was heartwarming to see such genuine care. What a lovely and kind hotel team. Highly recommended.
