    Fantastic hotel but most of staff are terrible , no smile , not welcoming , unfriendly , from life guard to waiting staff , only reception staff are very pleasant especially a lady there name (??) she is brilliant and very helpful I need to mention a waiter (saif ?) terrible , very rude ,unwelcoming Waiter job is not for him , hopefully management will read my comment

    Food amazing Rooms are clean Main pool is clean Falsely advertised it IS NOT thalsso this closed in 2011! There is also no aqua park this also closed. Only a small section of the hotel is open. The majority of the staff do not speak English and are very rude amd lazy. 90% off the staff need training. The bar staff are shocking, the restaurant staff again majority of lazy and only interested in young girls. Manager no where to be seen There is literally a hand full of staff that are diamonds 💎 The salt pool is green and hasn't been cleaned, As an ex rep in hammamet I wouldn't want to rep this as a 4 star, more like a 2 or 3 at a push. This hotel could be amazing but needs alot of work. Kitchen staff out front on mobile phones, one chef was smoking at the front of the bar in full view. Resturant staff complaining about the guests and been quite discrimintory. The art work, the marble the building is lovely . Entertainment team were OK, poor daytime presence, was ok evening entertainment. Such a shame if they don't buck their ideas up I can't see this hotel making it through to next year.
