    Nothing much to say, location is good, eateries, cafes, restaurants, shops are literally at the doorstep, walking distance to many attractions. Just that the air-conditioning in our room was not functioning well, we had to request to change room, that also after much persuasion.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Our group of four stayed at Na Nue Hotel and booked two rooms. Overall, we had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—it was amazing, with a good variety of delicious options to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. They were clean and had everything we needed, but it’s best not to expect a luxury experience. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with excellent service and great breakfast at a reasonable price, Na Nue Hotel is a solid choice.

    The biggest issue with this hotel is that there is no elevator, and this was not clearly disclosed in the listing, which honestly felt misleading. We had to carry 3 heavy luggages all the way to the 4th floor where our room was located. Take note that the 1st floor is the restaurant, the 2nd floor is the lobby/waiting area, and the rooms only start on the 3rd floor — meaning you still have to take multiple flights of stairs with your luggage. Some of the staff were also not very accommodating and did not assist us at all despite seeing us struggle with our bags. Breakfast was okay, but overall the experience was inconvenient and exhausting, especially for travelers carrying luggage.
