N11 is a great spot for budget-minded travelers who want to be near the BTS. It’s close to DMK and Mo Chit bus station. There are sweet local people and shops nearby for everything you might need. This was my third stay here, because it’s a good value.

This was my second stay here, and it’s becoming my favorite because it’s so conveniently located near the BTS, a few essential shops and a short distance from Mo Chit Bus and Don Mueang Airport. The staff are friendly and professional, and the room is clean and comfortable. People in this area are very kind too. I love it.

I like the minimalist design of this hotel, although you should expect minimalist provisions as well. For my purposes, it was all I needed and perfectly located near the northern end of the Green Line BTS (with easy transfers to the dark green BTS, and pink and blue MRT lines as well. For the price, it’s about the best you’ll find. Other less expensive options would require taxis. It’s across from Cineplex Major with lots of dining options. There’s a 7-11, some street food stalls and a traditional family restaurant next door. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Stayed here previously without any issues. The recent stay was really noisy with many motorbikes, cars and trucks passing throughout the night.
