    I stayed here to watch the World Cup. I was very satisfied with the host's hospitality and the cleanliness of the facilities. I have some unpleasant memories of Houston because the Japanese national team lost their match, but if I have the opportunity to come to Houston again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you so much!

    needed something last minute especially since downtown hotels were suddenly 3x price. I havent stayed in hostels before but reviews and photos for this place gave me some confidence to try it since it looked like a home. It was quite comfortable and so close to downtown. I will go there again as needed.

    This was my second time at this hostel this location is new and looks like the other old location some places are walkable before I arrived at the hostel i called the owners and asked if it was possible for me to check in early maybe 1 hour early the owners immediately responded back and ask me for $15 dollars to check in early I declined the hostel has a few new rules fir 2026 you have to take off your shoes at the door i would have been ok with this if the floors were clean the floors were all Dirty the bathroom floors were wet and dirty at this hostel cameras are everywhere so you are safe nothing is private I did not like the joke regarding the giant Penis water bottle the day of my departure it was DISCUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL for the owners to do this iam a black female the GIANT BLACK PENIS WAS BLACK!!!!!! sitting in front of the kitchen counter by the cereal i have a photo I will not return back at the hostel i only recommend this hostel if you are NOT BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAN you should be ok I did not feel comfortable with the 2 owners I didn't feel welcomed at my arrival also the hostel needs a serious DEEP CLEANING IMMEDIATELY the first question the male owner asked me at my arrival was what time i was checking out the next day for the owners if this rule continues with no shoes all the floors need to be deep cleaned immediately if people have to walk around with no shoes!!!!!!!!
