Room cleaning everyday, very close to Canggu attractions, staff are very helpful and friendly. Massage is amazing and very cheap. Worth every single dollar!

I stayed there for 2 weeks. Very well located, not noisy, clean, good AC, hot and cold water, useful fridge in the room, nice balcony, and a nice and clean pool. The service is also beyond amazing. Cleaning was done daily and they provided 2 bottles of what every day, which was very appropriated. Putra is so nice, it felt like coming back home when I was coming back to the hotel. The only downside would be the poor wifi in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this place

Great location close to the beach ,lots of restaurants and markets outside ,convienance stores etc hotel has two pools not large but adequate, roof top pool is totally unutized where they coukd do more ,only had 3 longest no tables chairs or umbrellas and the roof top deck is massive ,they also need a phone up there as its a hassle to come down 5 floors if you need anything

During my stay, may be due to low season, only us alone in the villa with private pool but the pool is so dirty, obviously not clean. and the room has multiple cockroaches during our stays.
