We recently stayed at Munal and Mayur and overall, the property itself was quite pleasant. The ambiance was nice, the facilities were good, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. However, one aspect that affected our overall experience was the attitude of some of the staff. Throughout our stay, we felt a lack of warmth in the way we were approached and communicated with. While it may not have been intentional, the interactions made us feel somewhat uncomfortable and less welcomed than we expected from a hospitality establishment. I believe that in the hospitality industry, people are one of the biggest pillars of the guest experience .Beautiful facilities and good services become even more meaningful when they are accompanied by warm, respectful, and welcoming interactions. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback because the hotel itself has a lot of potential, and with a little more emphasis on staff hospitality, communication, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued, the overall experience could be significantly better.
