A good stay option if you are visiting Hyderabad, especially if Chilkur Balaji Temple is part of your itinerary. I would describe this place more as a hotel with resort-like facilities rather than a full-fledged resort. The property has good greenery, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area, which makes it suitable for families with kids. It is a nice place to relax for a day or two and spend some quality time with family. If you are coming from outside Hyderabad to visit Chilkur Balaji Temple, this can be a convenient option to stay, enjoy the greenery and pool, and then visit the temple. Overall, a pleasant family stay, but expectations should be set accordingly—it is more of a hotel-style property with some resort facilities rather than a complete resort experience.

To start off - staff is really friendly and they even changed our room. The front desk area is good and nice flower rangoli. However it looks like all the rooms are really old and bathrooms and super bad. There is a smell in the bathrooms. Sink are broken in muktiple rooms which I checked while trying to change rooms. In all the rooms, toilet seat doesn’t cover the rim which makes it really bad as your leg touches the rim. Water outlet in the bathrooms was broken and there was a gutter smell in the washrooms. We were staying here with our 15 month old and it became really tough to clean his bottles in such washrooms. Really terrible rooms in the resort and I wouldn’t recommend it to people to stay in this resort as it doesn’t look like good value for money. A lot of other things were broken as well in the room.
