I stayed here for a week on a business trip and it was exactly what I needed. It is a true no-frills hotel, but it absolutely delivers on the essentials. The room was clean, the price was very affordable, and the location is highly convenient—just a quick drive over to American Village. If you are just looking for a practical and budget-friendly place to base yourself in Chatan, this is it.

Good hotel with a great location and good value for money. The room was comfortable and overall the stay was very pleasant.
The only small issues were that the bathroom door lock didn’t work properly, and there was an empty beer can left on the balcony at check-in. Other than that, everything was great and I would gladly stay again.

After reserving and paying the "Hotel Fee" of 1000 yen online I check in and the front desk clerk insist I pay it again in cash. This was for parking. After a stand-off of not paying it he agreed to not charge me twice. RIPOFF temp over $6
