Imagine a hotel where the water is cut off and when you ask the reception they say whe don't know what's the problem & when it might be back but we already reported to the management!. The worst when the water came back, in the morning, it was so rusty as you cant even take a hot shower as water heaters apparently havent been cleaned for ages, and the only option was to have a cold shower!.
We've chosen this Hotel, in the first place, as was previously a Movenpick facility, thinking that it would be still maintaining an acceptable level of hospitality & guest experience.
The entrance & reception are the only places you can still call them hotel premises. Other than that everything is terribly aged and unclean - two 19 century elevators, corridors are Humidity smelly and dim, everything inside the room is too old, mattress is curved and can easily damage your back, as well as absolutely the pillows do for your neck. It also worth mentioning the dirty & dusty pool & outdoor area!
I can't advise anyone to try this place, since if they even fixed the mentioned problems, it will be still another horrible hidden disasters, as they obviously didnt do any repair maintenance to the facility since the Movenpick left over, or bother themselves to do preventive maintenance to the remaining of it!!
