    We had booked a double superior room but they upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment which was really nice. The wifi was good and the room was super clean and the apartment was really tidy but there was no dustbin or beach towels provided which was a little bummer. The main downside of this was the location. Given that the island is mostly accessible through cycles and the hotel is on a hill , it is very difficult to bring the cycles uphill as due to the steep incline of the hill. The breakfast was also very average but the staff was helpful.

    The hotel is not located at the most ideal location for family with kids. The amenities are basic. The staff is very nice and takes good care of the guests. Did not face much issue reaching the hotel but I had to ask the hotel for a cab as it is at quite a distance from the ferry point. The hotel did arrange the transport which was vey prompt for both pick and drop. The food was good however rejected the soup and starters one time as it had high salt content. Not sure if it is worth mentioning but ours was the only family in the entire hotel but they put me in a room with a cracked glass door and the AC was placed far away from the bed which kind of made it unpleasant in the night as the room was not getting cooled properly. Final verdict - other than staff, nothing worth it.

    The most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in Had to fake smile with staff to not be in trouble, cause when u ask why there is Extra charge they became unfriendly They want to charge u extra for everything Room is Dirty And Don’t ever think to swim in the pool Also too much spiders (big spiders)
