Lovely Hotel with extremely friendly staff. Newly built, super clean. Located is good, 5 minutes from waterfront.

ห้องดี สะอาดมาก วิวสวย ทำเลสะดวก พนักงานดี แต่ได้ยินทั้งเสียงข้างห้องคุยกัน (เค้าคุยปกติไม่ได้เสียงดัง) เสียงห้องอื่นปิดประตู ห้องข้างบนลากเก้าอี้ไปมา เสียงรถยนต์ รถไฟ ทำให้นอนไม่ค่อยหลับค่ะ แม้แต่มือถือที่เปิดแบบสั่นของห้องข้างๆ ก็ยังได้ยินชัดเจนเหมือนอยู่ห้องเดียวกัน

I cannot recommend this hotel. There was a block booking from a biker gang while we were there who rode their motorbikes in and out of the hotel all night with the sound of thunder.
The police actually had to attend the hotel in the morning.
When I asked reception why this nuisance was allowed, the reception staff suddenly lost their previous ability to speak English.
My Thai partner was instead promised a call from a manager who was surprisingly 'absent' for a couple of days about a refund, or some recompense for our sleepless stay.
Needless to say, no-one has attempted to contact us.
This was a disappointing stay, marked by poorly trained staff and shockingly bad customer service.
The breakfast buffet is also poor and was completely cold.
We will be avoiding this hotel in the future and I recommend you do too.
