This is a 2 star hotel, no frills, but good location, easy parking, clean rooms, everything worked and I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was not great, but the price under $100, you cannot beat it!

Walkable distance to fair. I thought I breakfast served till 9:30, arrived by 9:00 to grab something to go but all there was available was a banana.

I'm a family that was waiting for my rental to be ready and I needed to extend my stay when I asked originally if I could extend at the same rate I was told yes just needed to do it before checkout at 11. So I went to extend and was told all the room had been booked and that they gave my room away and that if I do get another room it will be for a higher rate. Absolutely ridiculous the whole hotel was empty the whole 5 days we stayed there was nobody there one night it was kinda full but the rest empty. That's fine the owner wanna change policies in the middle of people stay is what caused him to not get the 2000 unpaid to another place for 13 nights until my rental is ready. It's cool for a night but if you have a family don't stay there smh the owner obviously is greedy why are you changing policies after already telling your worker to give me the same rate in the same room . But okay
