Today is July 4th woke up this morning with someone entering my room which come to find out it was a housekeeper good thing I had the inside door lock on. They try to end around about 8:40 didn't get a knock if I did I would have heard that. First thing no one should be tapping on your door at about 8: 30a.m 9:00 a.m to seeing if you're checking out. So pretty much what happened it was a unlawful entry. I approached the staff front desk telling him what happened he pretty much laughed at all and said he would speak to them. As I was trying to speak with the guy that front desk they had another employee a white guy probably in his late 50 early 60 I would not speaking to him at all a few times he tried to get in our conversation but I politely each time ask him to let me speak with this man. After I told him that he said yes sir. I you are correct but he asked me to hurry up so they can continue cause they have things to do and that's what I told him please go about your business I am talking to front desk. He was acting like a KAREN. They are disrespectful at the hotel. Come to find out I spoke with a lady who stays at the hotel on the regular she told me that they will not knock and just come in. They need to do better they always need knock before entering a room regardless who's in the room women children etc. that is what you call unlawful entry and could lead to a criminal charge. Front desk guy *** is your name. You need to better and the head manager that didn't want me to have his phone and name , which *** said it was ***. When I was at the front desk he made sure they spoke in Arabic so I wouldn't understand what they were saying the manager didn't want me to have his phone number or his name I was just trying to speak to him about the situation. Always reach me at ***
