    Kept my deposit for stains that were already there!

    I stay for two nights and there were no amenities except for a bar of soap that was extremely small and left me with the rash. I asked for shampoo and conditioner they told me no I asked for a hairbrush or call they told me no I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush I was told no they did not have breakfast they did not have a way to heat up food they're elevator only goes from the second to third floor so if you're disabled they can't help you. The room smelled absolutely disgusting and it was supposed to be non-smoking it in terrible condition the wood on the desk was bulging out the AC would not adjust up or down so it either was extremely cold or nothing at all The sink was outside the bathroom The beds were too close together and against the walls there was a very narrow space between them and there was nowhere to put your shoes without hitting the other person's shoes it was ridiculous this place is a cash grab and a s******* I do not recommend it there was homeless people everywhere and people doing drugs in their car I did not feel safe and I was scared that my car would be broken into The cards were deactivated every 6 hours so I had to consistently go down and ask them to turn my card back on so I can get into my room because I kept getting locked outside. I don't have anything good to say about this stay and if you're reading this beware.

    Recently remodeled rooms complete with new tile shower and bathroom floor. New paint throughout. New steel doors inside room. AC unit works great and the stay are very nice and willing to help. If definitely stay here again and again and again.

    They kept my deposit over a spill that washes out! Also made us go get change at midnight bcuz the deposit must be cash, she didn't want my $100 bill, and we are on foot after a long day. They also have tons of cockroaches and they were crawling on us, no lie!!! They said they have change for laundry but after i went n loaded they didnt have it! Also the floors are filthy and need mopping!
