    I know I booked a bare bones hotel. But I was hoping the facilities were at least well kept. The room itself was fine, but both of my requests were ignored, and weren't even acknowledged. The toilet height was below average so if you struggle with any kind of mobility, you'll have to figure that out since they don't have bars there to help. The bathroom door didn't want to engage in the lock to close the door, you had to pull on it. The toilet cover was thin and heavy without a soft close feature which is a little unexpected. The "make over", was peeling off the door. And the handle likes to get stuck in the down position. I really wish it had a small hair dryer, but not even that. The bed was firm, almost too firm. They do leave you some slivers of bar soap for your hands and maybe for 1 persons body. No other items are left. I probably would not book here again. It was fairly clean looking but a few touches would make a world of difference to the hotels status.
