We arrived to book in, the dumb ass very low IQ behind the counter told us it had been booked for the following night.
We spent 2 hours, literally trying to fix it all up with Expedia. In the end I told Expedia in CAPITAL letters Not to cancel or modify. So we went back down the hill to Wheeler so as we could stay here the next night as stated by Employee.
Wasted a hole day hanging around bored shitless in Bakersfield.
We arrived back at hotel at 4pm for the evening to be told the booking WAS actually booked for the night before.
So now we are really not happy as the hotel has TAKEN NO responsibility for the major screw around and we now have to go find another Hotel and a Huge headache trying to hopefully get our money back.
Yet again, there is an obese, lazy , low IQ young lady behind the counter that can't be bothered to help except to text her boss.
The boss said boo who as well.
So as I was sitting on the step looking for another hotel toward LA, an intelligent SLIM young man offers support and goes into the system, changes things around and gets us a room . Thank, energetic, Intelligent young man.
