    I stayed at this hotel months ago, and it was ok, but the customer service was horrible. As of NOW, IT HAS IMPROVED 100 PER CENT! The new owners really get it, has made this a very nice place to stay!

    The only thing I can say is they fixed my booking issue but I allegedly over heard the Indian girl tell the white guest they were staying free on me. Once I got back to the room I called the 3rd party booking to check on my reservation. They discovered another booking made when I thought the mistake was corrected. I went to my room and discovered mattresses everywhere, someone playing loud music, and a unsafe door lock. I asked for another room and the Indian girl placed me on 1st floor. Then I heard her tell the Indian Little dude that I had her change my room and made a racist comment saying "what she didn't want to be around the black people. They were also having conversations about the unhoused in a negative way. Motel 6 Canton ga has a contract alledgley with must ministries to place individuals with hotel vouchers/unhoused in a room for short-term stays. They place the unhoused on the 4th floor. They don't care about their well being nor respect them because of their circumstances beyond their control. During my stay I heard outside my door scuffle, and a woman screaming. I kept hearing other stuff but it wasn't a great stay, plus the air quality smelled like dog piss. Never again.
