    We paid for a king Suite with a jetted tub...And thats NOT what we got! Instead we got stuck with a room that had 1 bed, A fold out couch, And NO jetted tub! The fold out couch had no sheets, blankets, or pillows. Went down to the office and asked for the bedding, Was given a pillow and thats it. Asked for extra towels, We got 1 extra. The WHOLE room was cheaply put together by someone that obviously had NO experience. The toilet was loose and wobbly. The bed frame was too big for the mattress. And the heater/fan was SO outdate its not even funny! On a good note, The microwave in our room worked very well and there was a very nice shower head. Other than that, The room was crap and way overpriced! I dont recommend staying here.

    I booked my room online, and when I arrived I was told I had accidentally selected a handicap-accessible room. The staff asked to switch the room, and the process took more than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the replacement room on the second floor, accessible only by metal stairs, was one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The refrigerator was so loud that I had to unplug it just to get some sleep. The hotel is also located very close to both the road and the train tracks. Around 2:00 a.m., several trains passed by blowing their horns, making it nearly impossible to sleep. There was a $50 refundable deposit and upon checkout I requested a receipt and the staff didnt know what to do or how to produce any paperwork. I just walked away, amazed at the incompetance. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
