    For your urgent review, the room key is not working properly. Every time we step outside the room, we have to call someone to open the door, which is causing significant inconvenience. Kindly arrange to repair or replace the room key/lock immediately and ensure the new key works properly so that we can access the room independently without having to call someone each time.

    One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was completely different from what was advertised on Agoda. The room was unhygienic and appeared not to have been cleaned before my arrival and location is totally different you get real location when you book and you can't cancel then. There were long strands of hair, lipstick stains on the bedsheet, what appeared to be paan stains in the bathroom and on the dustbin, dirty glasses, and an unclean electric kettle. I also found small insects on the bed, and after staying in the room for about an hour, I started experiencing itching all over my body. Many of the promised amenities were missing. There was no soap, no tissue paper, and several advertised facilities were either unavailable or unusable. The electricity kept fluctuating continuously, making it impossible to charge my phone and other electronic devices. The hotel also felt deserted, with hardly any guests or staff present, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. I left the hotel after about an hour and checked out because I simply could not stay there. I have photos documenting the condition of the room and have already reported the matter to Agoda. I would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property unless there are significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management.
