    Facilities were clean and new, hotel doesnt have a receptionist so everything is communicated via Agoda message, they are pretty responsive and handled all our requests. Even gave us early access to our room, which is very nice. Location wise, just opposite to Chula Night Market, 10mins walking from Sam Yan MRT which takes you to Chinatown, Central Park, Bangkok old town. Plenty of street food on the main road, and also 7 eleven just around the corner. Overall it's a 9/10 stay. The only downside was that the bathroom smells, as we understand may be coming from the sewage.

    For the price. I didn’t expect much. Just needed a place to sleep. Location is OK - 1in walk to the blue line metro. Some busses are a shorter walk. 8min walk to the laundromat. The reason for my bad review is there appears to be mold in the ceiling (see photos). I have been all over the world in all climates. I know “mold sickness.” Within 30min of arriving, I had terrible congestion and a frontal headache. It went away immediately after leaving. Travelers beware.
