    The room was absolutely hell. It was extremely dirty, it smelled. The towels were so dirty that the white towels looked yellow. the bedsheets and pillows were dirty. there were insects in the room. the room was nothing like shown in the picture. there is no in house restaurant as mentioned on the hotel website. the lift doesn't work half the time. the room didn't have enough lights. only one bulb was working. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

However, the room size and amenities were disappointing, and cleanliness was below expectations. Staff were moderately helpful, but overall, the facilities and value for money did not meet basic standards, impacting the quality of sleep and comfort during the stay.
