We stayed just one night. The location was really good. Next to the ferry boat and in a lively surrendering. Staff were very nice and helpful.
The facilities is on a very basic and the cleaning not perfect.
But all in all it was very o.k.

The property's location was fantastic, with convenient transportation options. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hot water in the bathroom was a definite plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the view and quality of sleep could be improved.

When I arrived, the hotel was overbooked so they sent me to their neighbours' (Kispet Konak). The receptionist there gave me the keys to a room that already had luggage in it, showing much about the safety of the hotel. I was then given a noisy room overlooking the busiest street in town and after several requests was finally given a quieter room. Yet this room was also noisy due to the neighbour, and the rooms have a strict policy stating that at night no noise is allowed, but the receptionist didn't solve this issue, which was reported. Finally, the toilet paper in the room was dirty due to the previous customers'.
