    This hotel is so awful that I had to leave two days before checkout and book another place instead. Felt unsafe as people continuously shouted in the hallway, the bathroom window had gaps wide enough to be scared about people filming, and got woken up at 6 am by a pungent stench of fish sauce and oil that diffused throughout the room to make me physically sick. Apparently people were cooking right outside the bathroom window which could not be closed fully, and their loud clanking of cooking utensils and unappetising smacking while eating were disgusting and echoed through the entire room. Needless to say, the staff didn't care in the least, leaving me with no option but to flee the place and warn other travellers from what is definitely the worst hotel experience I've had in my life. Absolutely awful.

    clean, friendly and very accommodating. not to mention that the hotel is close to everything…great experience

    We were a group of three and stayed in the first room downstairs. We were a bit bummed because the AC was leaking and the room had some water on the floor, but the staff came first thing in the morning, took care of it, and helped clean it up. Overall, the place is clean and it's a great room.
