    The location is stunning and being in the beautiful forest makes up for the shortcomings of the hotel, of which there are many. Our room was incredibly damp and overall felt cheap compared to the beautiful outside. They fixed the ventilation in the bathroom on the 2nd day but it remained very damp and humid and one cannot open the windows in the evening due to lacking mosquito nets. The staff is enthusiastic but overall, not very helpful. The service felt inferior to other hotels, with designated cleaning times for your room. Overall, this was the worse price-quality ratio of all our stays in vietnam and i struggle to see what justifies the high room price.
