Room is very spacious and clean which I can domy morning exercise when I wake up.During night i cant sleep in dark room the ligthon the wall isgood ｉcan adjust to make a little bit dark.Wi-Fi isnot working during my stay.(Rm#508)all in all it’s a nice stay.

The amount of amenities available is amazing! There is a parking area, both front and back 1000¥ 24hrs. There are free mango ice cream or mango juice. The hallway is open air so it is cold outside. It is surprisingly quiet even it is beside a busy road. I wish i knew about the restaurants available in the building. The cleaner forgot to dust the tv area (i mean it is very dusty bec it is under the AC unit). Overall we had a good stay.

I was not impressed with my stay at mango hotel. Starting with the check in process. Time consuming, digital, with no staff. Some Japanese might like less interaction. I did not. The room is spacious and cheap/ outdated. Similar to a motel room in my country. The carpet and Bathroom is awful. The bathroom is small, old, the water system is terrible and the lighting is dark and yellow.
The door had key pads with a code. There were times when my phone had low battery and I may have not been able to access the photo of the code. I have seen this in pod hotels/ hostel. Not acceptable for a hotel. There are no staff a reception at all. You need to use the pad to talk to someone if you have an issue.
The positives are the size of the room, the kitchenette if you want to have coffee/ cereal in the morning. The access of amenities and free ice cream and mango juice per day.
But this did not outweigh the issues I have explained.
