    No room service. Didn't have AC in room but was cool and amazing despite hot weather outside. Families with small kids will face trouble. Restaurant operates with timings and hence milk or tea/coffee is not readily available. Dinner and small snacks available. No Wifi in room.

    We booked one bedroom villa.The room are not spacious and not well ventilated.I mean you suffocated in the room.and rooms have got some kind of bad smell as well..Moreover it is challenging to reach the property itself. And once you enter there is not directions or map or SOP to the place. You need to ask the staffs for help. The water wasn't clean there.even the toiletries are not given properly! Swimming pools was also not well maintained. We had been there for our anniversary so we asked them get a cake and also arrange table for candle light dinner..initially they agreeed but later when we checked with them late evening they denied.. Even the food here was average.. After all these horrible experience we headed back to the room to sleep...But the bed was also not good. They didn't do the bed neatly..the bedseets were torn and itchy as well..we count even sleep for an hour peacefully. Never had this horrible experience ever before...also while booking we didn't see any option for ac or non ac...so we thought it will as by default..but then the room dint have AC...they dont have WiFi in the rooms..suppose you are planning for staycation and manage your work from there it will not work out ..wifi is available only in common areas nit in rooms...This place was one bad experience also ruined our plans too!
