    Muy mal servicio, desde nuestra llegada, las habitaciones sin mantenimiento (el aire acondicionado goteaba, lámparas sin foco, a cada rato se desprogramaban las las llaves de la habitación), nada que ver con las fotos de la página del hotel. No hay teléfonos en las habitaciones, ni información sobre los horarios del restaurante, cuando bajamos a cenar ya no había servicio, salimos x algo para cenar y al regresar pedimos “1 limón” y nos dijeron que no tenían. Pedimos 1 cobija y 1 hora y media después, mi esposo tuvo que bajar x ella. Al no haber teléfono en la habitación, nos dieron un whats x el que supuestamente te atienden, ayer a las 10:40 am mandé un mensaje preguntando el horario del restaurante, hoy más de 24 horas después, ni siquiera han leído el mensaje. Pésimo servicio, de verdad para nunca volver.
