    Areas for Improvement: 1. Cardio Equipment Some of the cardio machines require attention, including a faulty elliptical and several treadmills that were out of service. Given the popularity of the gym, regular maintenance and timely repairs would help ensure sufficient equipment is available for guests. 2. Sauna Availability The sauna was not switched on consistently, and there did not appear to be any staff available or instructions provided on how guests could request for it to be switched on. Clear instructions or a simple request system would make the facility much more convenient to use. 3. Buffet Breakfast – Taste & Quality The overall taste and quality of the buffet breakfast seemed to have declined compared with previous visits. It would be good to see more consistency in food quality and standards. 4. Breakfast Buffet Staffing There appeared to be a shortage of staff at the breakfast buffet, with staff looking understandably overwhelmed despite remaining friendly and helpful. At one point, only one chef appeared to be managing the noodle, egg, prata, waffle and pancake stations. Additional staffing during peak breakfast hours could help reduce waiting times and maintain service quality. What Was Good 1. Warm & Helpful Staff The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful, even when they were clearly under pressure. Their positive attitude was appreciated. Notably bellboys helping with our luggage. 2. New Poolside Menu The new poolside menu was a great addition, with a good selection and enjoyable food. 3. New Treadmills It was great to see two new treadmills added to the gym. The new equipment was a welcome improvement and shows that investment is being made in the facilities.

    One lady staff from the coffee house was so kind and friendly. She has a beautiful smile to all customer. My breakfast with my sister was wonderful.
