    Room is dirty when I came, phone is not working. At the first floor there is a bar that when it is 12mn you can hear the noise all the way up to 6th floor.

    This has to be the worse experience ever for me using booking Agoda the hotel location is completely different also the cleaning level is very low I don’t recommend this place the staff are very rude they open the door without any approval from the customer very disrespectful.

    Staff are suspicious of everything . Check your room and car a group of 5 people at reception look at you always as if you are doing something wrong . Phone does not work in the room . Shower floods only one towel . When asked to clean up after the flood no one came with extra towel roof hatch in the toilet was down I had to refit it . Checked out 12 hours early don’t waste your money .truly awful
