    Very nice place overall for the great price...staff was wonderful and helpful. Lacks some of the conveniences like the larger resorts but the price was exceptional in value.

    Was given a room with balcony but facing the driveway. Asked later to change to one facing the forest - was told need to pay since I booked thru Agoda! Even though the hotel was quite empty. I paid and the new room I was given did not have shower soap & shampoo. Location was great as I wanted to be in a quite location - Grab made going places easy. Nearby 2 other resorts had F&B within walking distance. The cleaning staff was helpful & friendly while the receptionist guy was alittle "quiet" - understandable as both don't speak English and i don't speak Vietnamese except "hello" & "thank you".

    We stayed one night here, expecting a luxurious and comfortable stay given the higher room price, but were left disappointed. The location is quite far from the town area, which makes accessibility inconvenient. The room itself did not offer much of a view, despite being within walking distance to Tuyen Lake. The water heater was unreliable, and in the cold weather, this was very uncomfortable. We also noticed cigarette smoke in the common areas and corridors, which affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and accommodating. He assisted us with translation when dealing with drivers and also helped book cars to the airport. Unfortunately, aside from the service, the stay did not meet expectations.
