This is a safe and affordable option in the heart of NYC. Clean and simple, and friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint is spotty wifi and limited plugs in the room. But other than that, it's a great spot and a great price!

NO ELEVATOR!! Room pictures are very misleading. And when you get to your room its very tight space. I can even hear murmurs from the next room
