    We requested for our room to be make-up but they only swept the floor yet still dead bug left in the bathroom. They didn't make up the bed, didn't replace anything like soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, etc... You have to tell them one by one what they need to do but they still won't do everything you requested them to do. Water was hard and it needs lots more soap and shampoo when you shower. Bathroom sink was badly clogged. Aircond was super noisy
