    I had stayed in a Microtel previously & it was nice so I assumed this would be the same. Boy, was I mistaken & I had made non-refundable reservations online. When I checked in, the unprofessional desk clerk informed me that they no longer had/used the Pre-check in App that I’d been sent/completed for check in, so I had to go through the check in process twice. She also told me the pool was out of order. I had requested a quiet room, so when I went to find my room I was very surprised to discover I had been put in the one directly outside the (noisy) elevator doors. I went back to the front desk & asked to be switched to another (more quiet room). The second room I went into hadn’t been cleaned. It smelled. There was liquid soap running down the sink basin, hair in the tub & on the toilet seat, and the mirror & floor were dirty in the bathroom. The chair had been pulled away from the desk & it looked like someone had been on the beds. I again went to the front desk & expressed my dissatisfaction. I was given a third room. This one was better, but still not good. The microwave display came on, but it didn’t work. The freezer compartment was broken & hanging down into the fridge. The carpets were very dirty & I had stuff sticking to my feet. The room just wasn’t very clean in general. I wouldn’t go back & wouldn’t recommend this motel.

    Passing through. Room was good for one night. Didn’t eat breakfast but typical of a hotel.
