Hello. I arrived at the hotel. I was told I couldn't check in because I was blacklisted. I asked why. They told me I left a bad review about the Baymont Wyndham (Rock Hill, SC) where there were cockroaches. Instead of addressing the shortcomings, Wyndham managers are banning customers.

Man the clerks and clean up crew are just amazing and keeps getting better and better they check on you especially after a long stay booking day by day they go above and beyond 😀 to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing with a warm energy that we all need!!!

Staff is always nice place is always clean with accept for this morning I felt as if management wasn't being her usual self but she still greeted me with a smile.

Overall a very nice clean facility. The only bad thing is if you step outside at night and try to come back in you will have to wait anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes for someone to make it to the counter to let you in the second door because the card Machine that opens the door does not work and it’s extremely inconvenient and aggravating
