This hotel offered a good rate, which I appreciated, but the first non-smoking room we got smelled clearly like smoke. The second room we were changed to seemed okay, but the battery had been removed from the fire alarm and there was a cigarette burn through the fabric at the end of the bed. When we went downstairs for the continental breakfast in the morning, the battery in the keycard reader to our room died and we had to be let into the room with a physical key by a worker. All the staff was helpful, but it seems this space is perhaps not as well maintained as it should be.
