The place is ok. The TV was not functional but tolerable. The attitude of both Spanish ladies the night shift and the morning shift at check out were stink. They have no customer service training. They should be working in some back office and not dealing with customers. They are arrogant, illiterate and do not listen to customers concerns.

Everything is dirty, mold in room 408 on ceiling, jacuzzi faucet broken, walls painted probably 20 years ago in the unit and on hallways, from 2 elevators only one working and Ilegal!! -The permit expired in summer 2025.
Toilet paper support broken.
Mold in bathroom where was supposed to be silicone around bathtub.
Unit 424...I cut my toe in a broken tile.
4 other tiles near jacuzzi are broken and/or missing
I have around 20 photos to document/proven all these issues.
On top of this!!! We did not have TV, fridge and light half day, I had to call for a manager to be able to get my power in the room.
Aaa, second day they anulated both our keys, I had to go to reprogram them.
THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO OPERATE!

went there for Miami Open. its 2.3mi away and has restaurants within the radius. its an old building that needs a lot of upgrade. paying much $$$ for a hotel is not reasonable , since we plan of staying at the venue the whole day anyway…good thing we brought towel, since there was none. but the front desk were helpful and did what they could. if you are in for a quick crash and a shower. then its good for the moneys worth.
