Before we even arrived, I called the hotel to check on my reservation. I had booked two double rooms, but on the phone they said they only see one room booked and asked me to check with Agoda. I did, but they said my booking seems okay, no problems at all and I called the hotel again, and this time they said "ok ok we see it now". This was the first warning sign. When we arrived, the front desk and lobby seemed old and dingy. The elevator had like a thousand fingerprints and some stains on it. And when we arrived in the room, there were hair on the mattress, the light switch didn't work, the bathroom, which was also very old, had a heavy moldy smell. Mold as well as other stains was also in the shower. The breakfast consisted of very few, not so good looking items. The only good things I can mention are the new, dust free furnitures and staff being nice enough to offer us a change of rooms. It was not the worst, but I would not recommend anyone else to stay here.
