    Stayed at Merrijig Motor Inn on our trip through the Victorian High Country and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed after a long day exploring Mt Buller and the surrounding valleys. What really stood out was the hospitality. The owners are genuinely friendly and went out of their way with local tips on walks, restaurants, and the best spots to catch a sunset. Plenty of parking, easy access, and quiet at night made it a relaxing stay. If you’re heading to the snow, hiking, or just want a peaceful country getaway, this place nails it. Great value, cozy rooms, and that country welcome you hope for. We’ll definitely be back. Rating: 5/5 – Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone wanting a proper High Country stay.

    I booked a double bed from Agoda and called direct Merrijig Motor inn later on, to upgrade into bigger room and I have 3 kids under 4 she upgraded me and told me kids will be free under 4 if using same bedding. But when I did my check in they gave me a smaller room. I asked them it should have been upgraded. At 1st place they couldn't even find my upgrade after showing transaction of extra money charged manager told me I've to pay extra for kids. I told her I booked through agoda even after putting all 3 kids it didn't charged me extra and I also show them the agoda policy. But they told me it's not their policy it's agoda policy so you've to pay more for kids. I mentioned, someone booked me from merrijig after telling her I've 3 kids under 4 she didn't charged me for. But she told me she might be new and she wouldn't know. So you've to pay extra. After that long drive from Adelaide. 😡
