    I admit my mistake of not realizing this is a property under Evernent but the rooms are at the same location as Meritz hotel. Check in was not that clear. At first I went to Meritz hotel lobby and the staff was really helpful. She told me my booking is actually with another property. I get in touch with the number given by Agoda. It is safe to say her customer service is subpar. Will not stay here again
